What data does Forma collect?
Forma stores the following data that you create:
- Meal logs (meal type, time, health rating, source, mood)
- Weekly intentions and progress
- App preferences (notification times, appearance settings)
Where is your data stored?
- On your device: All data is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework
- In your iCloud: If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs to your private iCloud account for backup and multi-device access. This data is only accessible by you.
What data do we NOT collect?
Your privacy is protected. We have no servers and your data never leaves your device or your personal iCloud account.
- We do not collect personal information (name, email, etc.)
- We do not use analytics or tracking
- We do not share data with third parties
- We do not access your photos, contacts, location, or health data
- We do not display advertisements
Data deletion
You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data within the app. This action is immediate and permanent.
